"our", or "the App") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our iOS application.

1.1 Information You Provide
- PDF Documents: When you import, scan, or create PDF documents, these files are
stored locally on your device. We do not automatically upload your documents to our servers.
- AI Chat Data: When you use the AI Chat feature, your PDF content and questions are
sent to OpenAI's API (via our secure proxy) to provide AI-powered document analysis. This data is
only sent after you explicitly grant consent.
- Subscription and Purchase Information: If you purchase a Pro subscription, billing
is processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive your full payment card details, but
we may receive limited transaction data, subscription status, and entitlement information needed to
verify your purchase and unlock premium features.
1.2 Automatically Collected Information
- Device Information: We may collect device identifiers for advertising purposes
(with your consent via App Tracking Transparency).
- Usage Data: We collect anonymous usage statistics to improve the app, such as
feature usage counts and app performance metrics.
- Crash Reports: We may collect crash logs to identify and fix technical issues.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information for the following purposes:
- Provide Services: To enable PDF viewing, editing, merging, splitting, compression,
and other document management features.
- AI Features: To send your PDF content and questions to OpenAI's API for AI-powered
document analysis (only with your explicit consent).
- Improve the App: To analyze usage patterns and improve app functionality.
- Advertising: To show personalized ads (only if you grant tracking permission via
App Tracking Transparency).
- Subscription Management: To verify Pro subscriptions, unlock paid features, remove
ads for subscribers, and restore eligible purchases.
- Customer Support: To respond to your inquiries and provide technical support.
3. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
3.1 OpenAI API
Purpose: AI-powered document analysis and chat features.
Data Shared: Your PDF document content and questions (only after you grant consent).

4. Data Storage and Security
- Local Storage: All PDF documents are stored locally on your device. We do not store
your documents on our servers.
- Secure Transmission: When using AI features, data is transmitted securely via HTTPS
encryption.
- No Permanent Storage: AI chat data sent to OpenAI is processed in real-time and not
permanently stored by us.
- Device Security: Your data security depends on your device's security settings. We
recommend using device passcode/biometric authentication.
5. Your Privacy Choices
5.1 App Tracking Transparency
When you first launch the app, you will be asked whether you want to allow tracking for personalized ads.
You can change this setting anytime in your device's Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
5.2 AI Data Sharing
Before using AI Chat features, you will be asked to consent to sharing your PDF content with OpenAI. You
can decline this consent, but AI features will not be available.
5.3 Advertising
You can opt out of personalized ads by:
- Denying tracking permission when prompted
- Subscribing to the Pro version (removes all ads)
- Using iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Apple Advertising to limit ad tracking
5.4 Subscriptions and Billing
Subscriptions are sold and managed by Apple. You can review, manage, or cancel your auto-renewable
subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings. If you restore purchases or renew a
subscription, the app may re-check your subscription status with Apple to keep your premium access
current.
6. Data Retention
- PDF Documents: Stored on your device until you delete them.
- AI Chat History: Stored locally on your device and can be cleared anytime from
within the app.
- Usage Data: Anonymous usage statistics are retained for up to 12 months.
- Subscription Data: Managed primarily by Apple through the App Store. Limited
subscription status and entitlement information used by the app may be retained only as long as
reasonably necessary to provide premium access, restore purchases, comply with legal obligations, or
resolve support issues.
7. Children's Privacy
Our app is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information
from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with
personal information, please contact us.
8. International Data Transfers
When you use AI features, your data may be transferred to and processed in countries where OpenAI
operates, including the United States. These countries may have different data protection laws than your
country of residence.
9. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:
- Access: Request access to your personal data
- Deletion: Request deletion of your data (you can delete PDFs and chat history
directly in the app)
- Correction: Request correction of inaccurate data
- Opt-Out: Opt out of data collection for advertising purposes
- Data Portability: Request a copy of your data in a portable format
10. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new
Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. You are advised to review this Privacy
Policy periodically for any changes.

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act
(CCPA):
